| Dr. Alnawaz Rehemtulla is a founder and the CEO of Molecular Therapeutics, Inc. He received his doctoral degree from the University of Calgary Medical School and post graduate training at the Scripps Research Institute in San Diego. He then joined Genetics Institute in Boston, MA where he was responsible for the development of recombinant Factor IX as a therapeutic agent for Hemophilia B. This product is currently marketed with annual sales of $500M. He is also a Professor of Radiation Oncology at the University of Michigan Medical School and a founding Editor of Neoplasia, an international cancer research journal. |

| Dr. Brian D. Ross is a founder and President of Molecular Therapeutics, Inc. He received his doctoral degree from the University of California at Davis. He received a postgraduate Fellowship from the American Brain Tumor and conducted research at the University of Minnesota, Center for Magnetic Resonance Research in cancer biology and imaging. Dr. Ross is also a Professor of Radiology and Biological Chemistry at the University of Michigan where he also serves as a founder and Co-Director of the Center for Molecular Imaging. |

| Dr. Sunkara has more than 30 years of research and development management experience in cancer, cardiovascular and CNS disease indications at a major pharma and a number of biotech companies. He was the Executive Vice President of Research and Development of Cytovia, Inc, before its merger with Maxim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He was the Vice President of Drug Development for Cytokine Networks, Inc. and was instrumental in clinical development of small molecule inhibitor of TNF for cancer, psoriasis and Inflammatory bowel disease indications that helped in the merger of the company with Cytokine Pharmasciences, Inc. Before that, he was founding Director of Product Development at Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc. in San Diego. He was the Head of Tumor Biology responsible for research and preclinical development of cancer and antiviral therapeutics at Marion Merrell Dow Research Institute in Cincinnati. |

| Dr.
Leopold has more than 28 years of research and management
experience in the field of cancer research and drug
development. Dr. Leopold has extensive professional
experience in cancer drug discovery and evaluation,
target validation, clinical development of anticancer
agents, contract research, toxicology, and engineering.
His personal research interests have focused on
various technologies for in vivo evaluation of anticancer
potential and the in vivo assessment of drug function
at the molecular level. Prior to joining MIR, Dr.
Leopold was Executive Director of Cancer Pharmacology
and Therapeutic Area Site Leader for Oncology at
Pfizer's Ann Arbor Laboratories. He was a co-founder
of the Cancer Drug Discovery Program at Parke-Davis
in 1982, assuming leadership of the program in 1989.
During his tenure at Parke Davis/Pfizer, more than
18 novel agents spanning at least 10 mechanistic
classes were discovered and developed to clinical
trial. Upon completion of his Ph.D., Dr. Leopold
joined the Chemotherapy Division of Southern Research
Institute as a Research Oncologist where he also
worked in the Toxicology Division as a Research
Toxicologist. Dr. Leopold received his Ph.D. in
Oncology from the McArdle Institute for Cancer Research
at theUniversity of Wisconsin. He also holds an
M.S. in Biochemistry and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering,
both from the University of Illinois. |

| Dr.
Weissinger is President and CEO of Weissinger Solutions,
Inc., a consulting and contract service group providing
strategic guidance for global regulatory challenges
applicable to pharmaceutical, medical device, and
biological products. Dr. Weissinger has been in
the regulatory field for over 30 years, with about
ten years each in academia, at FDA, and in industry.
While in industry, in addition to consulting, Dr.
Weissinger was Vice President of Regulatory Affairs
and of Quality Assurance at Applied Immune Sciences
and PRP Gencell, and a Director of Regulatory Affairs
and Preclinical and Clinical Compliance at Glaxo
Research Institute. While at FDA, Dr. Weissinger
was pivotally involved in ICH while serving as the
head of Pharmacology/Toxicology at CDER and at CBER
to develop policy that impacted on national and
international safety standards. At FDA she was initially
a reviewer of human food safety at CVM, and detailed
as acting Deputy Director of OST, CDRH. |

He is a graduate of St. John’s Medical College,
Bangalore, India and the Sloan School of Management, MIT,

Officer of Triesta Sciences, a clinical genomics company
focused on RNA and DNA fingerprints in Oncology. A successful
entrepreneur, he has been instrumental in starting two
biotechnology companies, Angstrom Medica and Triesta Sciences.
While at the Harvard-MIT Clinical Research Center, Cambridge,
MA, he led the clinical research team focused on metabolomics
in various disease conditions, including HIV, pediatrics
and metabolic processing in healthy adults. |

Grove has over 30 years of clinical trial experience
in the field of oncology. His most recent experience
was as Director, Clinical Oncology for Parke-Davis/Pfizer,
where he spent 18 years directing and managing Phase
I, II, and III clinical trials of anticancer agents.
Prior to working in the pharmaceutical industry,
Mr. Grove was the Director of the Clinical Research
Pharmacy Service at the University of Maryland Cancer
Center, Baltimore. Mr. Grove received his Bachelor
of Science in Pharmacy from Temple University School
of Pharmacy and received his Masters Degree in Pharmacy
at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy.
